About Us

We are a small family run business based in Somerton, Somerset. We offer an expert bespoke service for doors, windows, gates, staircases, galleries and joinery of all kinds. Each job is given the dedication to detail that has made our reputation as craftsmen, for which we are very proud.

The Joiners

We have a team of 7 joiners, headed by Mark, our foreman. All the team are fully qualified, with the exception of our 2 youngest members and they are currently doing their NVQ Level 2 in Joinery. Between them they have a vast amount of experience on all aspects of joinery.

The Office

The office used to have one part-time secretary on one morning per week. The amount of work we do has increased so much that we now need full time cover. This is provided by Shelagh in the mornings and Lin (Mrs Hooper) in the afternoons. Both Shelagh and Lin work closely together to ensure everything runs smoothly for our clients.

The Workshop

Our workshop is not run on a “conveyor belt system”. Each piece of work is tailor made and the lead joiner will take responsibility for his job from the start of the work, right down to the finished product. We have an open door policy with our clients and this means that they are more than welcome to visit the workshop at any time to see how their job is progressing.
